NO. In fact, it should extend the lifespan of your air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as the hydrocarbon refrigerant is non-corrosive compared to HFC and HCFC products.
Is Nat Energy Resources hydrocarbon refrigerant toxic?
NO. It is non-toxic as it is a blend of naturally occurring gases.
Is Nat Energy Resources hydrocarbon refrigerant flammable?
YES, as are all lubricants, additives and oils used in air-conditioning systems. The key is that hydrocarbon refrigerant’s flammability is highly controllable. As safety is our utmost priority, Nat Energy Resources maintains regulated transportation, handling and installation procedures of our hydrocarbon refrigerant.
Is Nat Energy Resources hydrocarbon refrigerant environmentally friendly?
YES. Our hydrocarbon refrigerant has zero ozone depletion potential and practically zero global warming potential.
How efficient is Nat Energy Resources hydrocarbon refrigerant?
VERY. Our hydrocarbon refrigerant is 1.25 times more efficient than current HFC and HCFC refrigerants.
What quantum of energy savings can our customers expect from Nat Energy Resources hydrocarbon refrigerant?
We guarantee a minimum of an average of 10% energy savings for all our customers, otherwise they get our Hydrocarbon Refrigerant Technology for free. On record, we have managed to obtain from 13% to 37% energy savings.
What other benefits can our customers expect after converting to our Hydrocarbon Refrigerant Technology?
We provide all our customers an unconditional 3-month warranty on all air-conditioning compressors converted to using our hydrocarbon refrigerant. Our Customers also receive unconditional free top-up of our exclusive hydrocarbon refrigerant for the first three months after conversion.
Does Nat Energy Resources Hydrocarbon Refrigerant Technology work in tandem with other energy saving devices?
YES. It can work with VSDs, power stabilizers, etc.

Can Nat Energy Resources Hydrocarbon Refrigerant Technology be applied to all types of air-conditioning systems?
NO. Except for centrifugal systems, our Hydrocarbon Refrigerant Technology is applicable for all other air-conditioning systems – from small split to large package and chiller units.
Will my present maintenance team be able to continue servicing my air-conditioning units after conversion to Nat Energy Resources Hydrocarbon Refrigerant Technology?
YES. However because of our exclusive proprietary charging-in conversion process, any charging-in of hydrocarbon refrigerant must be carried out by our specialist engineers.
